Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia is an Spanish Flamenco/Pop singer. Since she was a teenager, she has been at the edges of popular and traditional music. Additionally, she is a pioneer in the realms of hip-hop, trap, and soul. Pepe Habichuela is a flamenco guitarist with a lot of talent, describes her voice as one that was sweet with an old-fashioned sound. Following her debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and her follow-up album in 2018. El Mal Querer was a significant commercial and critical success that topped the Billboard Latin Pop Albums chart and finally winning the Grammy. In 2021, her track La Fama with The Weeknd was released. Motomami was her 3rd studio album. She worked with numerous producers and artists including Cory Henry. The album was released on March 20th, 2022 following the performance on Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia is the very first Spanish artist to sing on her own on the program. Motomami the album by Rosalia that was awarded three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female artist to win won the Latin Album of the Year win twice.
